Create reminders

Automatically, you can create a reminder, add it to the latest or existing list, simply assign a date, and provide it a priority. Also, you have the Reminders app launch if you want to or just have the reminder added and view it later.

If you don’t like to launch the app. Simply ignore the next step. If you want the Reminders app to open, tap Launch Application, then drag it to the workflow window, and choose or select Reminders.

Choose Mail from the Library list, choose New Reminders Item, and drag it to the workflow window. (Once you included the Launch Application action to the workflow in Step 2, then remember to add this action below that one.)

Also, add the title and select the list or create a new one. Mandatory, simply check the boxes for Priority and Due Date and make your selections.

Save the workflow and then head over to your Calendar to adjust time and also have this workflow repeat if you want to. Then once you open Reminders, you’ll then view your new items as scheduled.

Once you create repeating Reminders in the app itself, this is quite helpful for making them at irregular dates and times that are based on your Calendar events.

Create regular emails
